Beyond training, Fly to Dream supports each participant through job placement assistance, helping them secure stable employment and achieve financial independence. By transforming awareness into training and training into empowerment, the initiative contributes toward creating a skilled, confident, and socially responsible generation of Health Warriors who serve with empathy and purpose.
To create a strong, skilled, and confident generation of young women who can serve society as Health Warriors while achieving personal and financial independence.
We believe that empowering girls through education and skill training not only changes their lives — it transforms families, communities, and the nation. The Fly to Dream – GDA Program aims to empower young girls by equipping them with the necessary skills, knowledge, and confidence to build sustainable careers in the healthcare sector. The program’s primary objective is to create awareness among rural and underprivileged women about employment opportunities in healthcare and to provide them with hands-on professional training in General Duty Assistant (GDA) services. Through structured classroom sessions, practical demonstrations, and soft skill development, participants are prepared to assist doctors, nurses, and patients in hospitals and clinics.
