Education for All

Education is the foundation of progress. We work to provide access to quality education for underprivileged children and youth, ensuring that every child gets the opportunity to learn, grow, and dream. Through our learning programs, digital literacy drives, and school support initiatives, we strive to reduce educational inequality and promote lifelong learning.

Women Empowerment

Empowering women means empowering families and society. We focus on promoting gender equality through education, skill training, and awareness campaigns. By offering livelihood opportunities and leadership training, we help women gain financial independence, self-confidence, and equal participation in social and economic development.

Skill Development & Training

We believe that skills create opportunities. Diksha Drishti Foundation runs various vocational and professional training programs to help youth, especially women, acquire market-ready skills. Our “Fly to Dream – Nursing Skill Development Program” and other training modules empower individuals to become self-reliant and contribute to the nation’s workforce.

Sustainable Development

We promote innovative solutions for community problems through research, technology, and creative thinking. Our focus is on projects that support environmental protection, renewable energy, waste management, and sustainable livelihoods — ensuring long-term growth that respects nature and resources.

Fly to Dream – Skill Development for Women

Our flagship program, Fly to Dream, aims to empower young women through professional skill training in the healthcare and service sectors.
Under this initiative, we have trained over 200 girls in nursing and paramedical skills, many of whom are now successfully employed in hospitals and clinics across Bihar.

Digital Literacy & Computer Education Program

In today’s digital era, access to technology is essential for empowerment.
Through our Digital Literacy Abhiyan, we educate rural youth and women in basic computer operations, MS Office, internet use, social media, and online government services.

Health and Hygiene Awareness Program

Health education is a key part of our mission. We organize awareness campaigns and workshops on:
Menstrual hygiene and reproductive health for adolescent girls.

Child Development & Protection Program

Children are at the heart of everything we do.
Through this program, we focus on the holistic growth of children by providing them access to:
Safe learning spaces and recreational activities.

Our Journey

The foundation began with small community awareness programs in villages around Patna. We observed how lack of education, skills, and awareness were holding back children, youth, and women from achieving their potential. Inspired by this reality, we expanded into training programs, women empowerment initiatives, and child-focused interventions.

Who We Are

Diksha Drishti Foundation is a Bihar-based NGO registered to work for social welfare and sustainable development. We are a team of social workers, educators, professionals, and changemakers who came together with a simple but powerful mission: to create opportunities for those who have been left behind by society.

Our name, “Diksha Drishti,” reflects our philosophy. “Diksha” means knowledge, learning, or initiation, while “Drishti” means vision or perspective. Together, it signifies our commitment to offering education, awareness, and vision to transform lives.
